Transparency overview (website)

Last updated with site releases — not legal advice. Plain-language summary for visitors. Binding obligations appear in contracts, KYC packs, and the main Terms.

1. Platform vs institutional mandate

The public site may offer calculators, translation widgets, tickers, and forms. Using those tools does not by itself create a financing approval, advisory mandate, or government BOT engagement. Those follow separate suitability checks, documentation, and agreements.

2. Where to read compliance and privacy

• Compliance & licenses on the home page.
• Privacy policy for local storage, third-party scripts, and contact flows.
• Terms for site use, KYC/AML references, and limitations.

3. News tickers and external content

Headline feeds may be assembled server-side (for example via api/news.js when deployed). Following a link leaves this site; headlines are informational, not endorsements. Operators should run npm run check:news-feeds after feed changes — see SITE-OPS.md.

4. Urgent online consultation flow

The urgent consultation section explains channels (meeting, chat request, bank transfer). Submitting the form records a request for follow-up; first acknowledgement is typically within about 1–2 business days at the email provided. That acknowledgement is not financing approval.

5. Changes

This page may be updated when flows or hosting change. Source history lives in the repository alongside transparency.html and SITE-OPS.md.
