A royal vision for global investment & prosperity
An international economic and financial organization under French law, registered in the EU Transparency Register and licensed in France and the United States. Recognized by the European Parliament for Development and Planning and the Arab-African Economic Parliament. We aggregate capital from governments, sovereign entities, and leading institutions to finance high-impact, fully compliant development projects—with a focus on diplomacy, peace, and social justice.
A flagship delivery model: the Fund serves as an umbrella for government BOT programs (build–operate–transfer)—coordinating execution with capable global contractors and mobilizing international banks and project-finance institutions that accept BOT structures, so host state(s), global companies, financiers, and the Fund all gain under a clear governance framework.
Figures shown are illustrative. Each mandate is assessed on its own merits; nothing here is an offer, approval, or guarantee of financing.
Trust, clarity, and how to engage
This hub separates browsing from institutional steps — nothing here is auto-approval.
We publish compliance references and separate platform tools from institutional mandates. Use the paths below for financing, advisory, or government BOT coordination — then contracts and KYC apply as appropriate.
Each chip jumps to compliance, terms, or the transparency overview on this site.
Three institutional entry points
After you submit a request
Outline only — timelines and obligations follow contracts and regulations.
Website submissions are not approvals. A typical institutional path looks like this:
- Acknowledgement We confirm receipt when contact details are valid; automated messages may still require human triage.
- KYC / AML checks Where a mandate applies, suitability and documentation are completed outside anonymous browsing.
- Mandate review Risk, structure, and regulatory fit are assessed — timelines vary by complexity and jurisdiction.
- Outcome You receive a substantive response or a scoped next step — or a decline without obligation to finance.
This is a general description only. Binding process is defined in Terms and in executed agreements.
Stakeholders in a typical mandate
Illustrative roles in a structured mandate — not an exhaustive list of parties.
The Fund often sits between host governments, capital providers, and executing companies (including BOT-style delivery). Final risk allocation is defined in contracts and law — not by this website alone.
Host state / government
Policy, concessions, permits, and public-sector counterparties — aligned with national law and project agreements.
Capital & institutions
Banks, funds, and institutional investors — diligence, covenants, and suitability checks before disbursement.
Executors & contractors
EPC, O&M, and specialist firms — delivery, milestones, and performance under agreed contracts (including BOT where applicable).
High-level selection criteria
Checklist for counterparties — not a substitute for contracts, KYC, or formal diligence.
Published criteria reduce ambiguity. Detailed assessment, documentation, and regulatory steps follow after initial fit — see Contact and Terms.
- Strategic fit with mandate: development impact, diplomacy, and compliance culture.
- Bankable structure: clear revenue or sovereign support, realistic risk allocation.
- Executor capacity: track record, HSE, and delivery plan for large or BOT-style programs.
- Governance & ESG alignment where applicable — documented in diligence.
- No reliance on website copy alone — contracts and KYC/AML gate institutional engagement.
Governance snapshot
Biographies follow official communications; use the in-card links to jump to related sections on this page.
Oversight is structured by role — not by marketing copy. Named biographies and photos are added when formal communications allow; until then, roles describe how decisions and compliance are separated.
Board & strategy
Sets mandate, risk appetite, and delegated authorities. See also Leadership and Corporate governance.
Risk & compliance
KYC/AML/CFT alignment with documented checks — not implied by website forms alone. Compliance · Terms.
Investment & execution
Suitability, diligence, and structuring for capital and BOT-style delivery — coordinated with stakeholder roles.

Terms & Conditions
By registering or using the International Investment Fund (IIF) services, you agree to the following. Acceptance is required to create an account.
Website platform vs Fund services (do not mix)
Platform — tools the site uses: Forms, uploads, the translation interface, downloads, and similar UI features are website tools for your convenience. Using them is free of charge; they may rely on hosting, APIs, or other technical components when enabled — that is platform/infrastructure, not an institutional service commitment by the Fund.
Fund — services the Fund offers: Advisory, financing, feasibility, BOT structuring, mediation, governance, and similar mandates are institutional services of the International Investment Fund. They follow separate suitability, contracts, KYC/AML, and applicable law. No transaction, financing, or approval is guaranteed by using the website or its tools.
Privacy & data (two paths)
Website use: Technical logs, preferences, and form fields you submit through the site may be stored or processed as needed to run the platform (including demo/local storage in this build). That is operational data for the website, described alongside general terms.
Fund services: KYC, AML/CFT, contracts, and institutional onboarding for advisory, financing, or similar mandates follow separate compliance steps beyond ordinary registration. Providing KYC in a form does not, by itself, complete an institutional mandate — see Contact, Compliance, and these Terms.
Registration & subscription
Registration is free. Core features (forms, uploads, translation, downloads) are free. Optional Cooperating / Premium subscriptions support the Business Council and listed benefits — they are not required to use the site.
Subscription (Cooperating Member):
- Annual: 143 USD per year
- Monthly: 29 USD per month
- The subscriber bears the transfer fees (bank/payment fees).
- No liability: The Fund, its managers, and affiliates are not liable for any legal claims, security investigations, or regulatory actions arising from your use of the site or the accuracy of information you provide. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness and legality of your data.
- Full authority: By accepting these terms, you grant the Fund full authority to operate in compliance with applicable laws, including correspondence and cooperation with ministries of foreign affairs, ministries of investment, and relevant authorities in any country, as necessary for the Fund’s operations.
- Compliance: You undertake to comply with all applicable local and international laws. The Fund reserves the right to verify identity, location, and information (including at the time of contact) to ensure the integrity of dealings.
- Data and privacy: Data you provide may be processed for service delivery, compliance, and internal operations. Location data may be used to verify the authenticity of your interaction.
- Amendments: The Fund may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
