On Tuesday, Dr. Talal Al Zahrani, Chairman of the International Investment Fund and its subsidiaries, was a guest of His Excellency the Minister of Animal Development, Mr. Al Mokhtar Ould Kagaya, to discuss enhancing animal development as an important economic tributary to the national economy.
